Alison Dixon is a thought leader, facilitator, and leadership coach. She has worked in nonprofits, elite Universities, the Fortune 100, and start-up companies. Alison is currently C-level Executive at a Cyber Security company in Austin, Texas.
Alison holds a Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics. She also holds an Executive Coaching Mastery cerfitifcation from Harvard University and a 60-hour Coaching Certification from the Brain Training Institute. She has additional credentials from the Co-Active institute and is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach.
Alison’s coaching approach centers on revealing and addressing the limiting beliefs and behaviors that shape daily life, especially as it pertains to work and business.
